This majestic 6000 sq ft estate in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains is waiting for you! Casa Blanca has incredible front row views of two of the famous 46ers, ‘Nye’ and ‘Streets’ Mountains. A private six-acre estate, only three and a half miles from Lake Placid Village, eight miles from Whiteface Mountain, and five miles from Saranac Lake, this home has everything you need to make wonderful memories in grand style. The home is surrounded by stone pathways, mountain flowers, fruit trees, flowering shrubs, and beautiful perennial gardens. Wildlife are abundant and white-tail deer often visit to graze in the yard.
Within walking distance is the renowned Northville Trail Head, cited in numerous hiking books, including National Geographic, and highly recommended by trail guides across the nation.
The outside patio has an 8-person hot tub and a huge granite fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There are Bose stereo speakers outside to enhance your experience. You and your group can prepare delicious meals on the large propane BBQ grill.
The inside of this home is truly amazing! You enter a foyer with panoramic views of the Adirondack Mountains. The kitchen has every amenity you will need with a commercial quality sub-zero freezer/refrigerator, Wolf double ovens, Sub-zero bread warmer, wine cooler, beer cooler, ice maker, waffle iron, ice cream maker, fondue pot, and an ample spice collection, as well as two coffee makers, toaster, toaster oven, Wolfgang Puck cookware and Lenox ‘Aspen’ table setting for 18. The dining room table seats 14, so you can comfortably accommodate your group at mealtimes.
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and serenity. High-quality pillowtop mattresses, plush bedding and lots of pillows and blankets are readily available. There are three large bedrooms upstairs (all king beds) and three large bedrooms downstairs (a king, four twin-bunk beds & two twins). Additionally, there are two pullout queen sofa beds making the house more than sufficient to accommodate a large gathering, sleeping up to 14. This home has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. There is plenty of space for storage as well.
For those who wish to view something other than mountains, gardens, and nature, there are three TVs in the home: A high definition 70 inch, an 80 inch and a smaller TV in the kitchen for viewing while cooking. High Def Cable with DVR and wireless internet is available throughout the home. A ping pong table, dart board and air hockey table provide additional lively entertainment. There are also several book collections in the den to satisfy interests of all ages for anyone who would like to enjoy quiet reading time.
Winter, spring, summer, and fall, the location of Casa Blanca is unparalleled. For the kids and family, the famous Santa’s Workshop is just minutes away. Right next to the North Pole entrance is Whiteface Mountain. A variety of outdoor sports such as fishing, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, ice skating, skiing, cross country skiing, bobsledding, and snowmobiling are mere minutes away. For those who enjoy hiking, walking trails, and cross-country skiing, the famous Northville Trail Head (see Adirondack area trail maps) is one mile to the left. The snowmobile trail to Pine Pond is only 1/8 mile to the right.
The owners are local and happy to always help and provide local knowledge. We pride ourselves in hosting many repeat guests year after year. We are a family-run business and are on a first-name basis with many of our returning guests.

Per property and casualty insurance and local zoning and code recommendations, security cameras are above exit doors only. These are in plain sight and can be disabled by the guest’s request upon check in. There is absolutely no camera or monitoring of any kind inside this home.
